Hull city signed 30 years old Midfielder for a record fee of 5 million by Fulham.
Jimmy Bullard signed a 4 and half year contract with Tigers till 2013.
Hull City manager Phil Brown said "We are trying to improve our squad that has been competing in the Premier League and that just needed a bit of bolstering."
