The undisclosed fee for Liverpool winger Jermaine Pennant by Portsmouth was accepted by reds manager Rafael Benitez.
Jermaine Pennant,the Liverpool Winger,played with Arsenal and Birghigam can be seen in action with Portsmouth.
Real Madrid and Ac Milan are also having eye on Pennant.
Pennant made 81 appearances with Liverpool.
